Returns Policy

Faulty or damaged items

Orders are packed with great care to ensure they arrive to you safely. In the unlikely event that a piece arrives to you damaged, please take photos of the piece as it has arrived, and contact Meraki Fire via your order email, within 30 working days of your order receipt. Damaged items may be replaced with a similar item, or a refund will be provided.

*Note as each piece is hand crafted and small batch, and some items are single release, we may need to work together to find another equally coveted piece.

Change of mind 

Best efforts are made to capture & showcase each piece at its truest, through photos and accurate descriptions of colour, materials and sizes. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original, unused and undamaged condition for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. This includes your original packaging, and any earring cards, care cards and fabric bags which may have arrived with the order. To initiate this process please first email Meraki Fire by replying to your order email. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, as a small business, we cannot accept responsibility for repaying postage and handling fees. Until the goods are received in undamaged condition, the responsibility of the goods remains with you. It is recommended that all goods are sent via Registered & Insured Post, to ensure they can be traced and insured whilst in transit.

On receipt of the returned items, in their original, undamaged condition, refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

Meraki Fire is unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
